Join us for the next event in our microelectronics lecture series featuring Dr. Azad Naeemi. Dr. Naeemi will discuss his research on nanoscale electronic devices, semiconductor materials, and the future of integrated circuits. His work spans materials, devices, circuits, and systems, exploring new approaches to overcome scaling challenges in modern electronics. The event will also include time for networking, and lunch will be provided with registration.

Announcements
AMD Engagement at Georgia TechHKN recently hosted representatives from AMD for an initial discussion about ways to engage with the Georgia Tech ECE community. The conversation explored opportunities for technical workshops, student projects, and technology-focused events around areas such as GPU computing, ROCm, and FPGA development.
We are currently exploring the possibility of organizing an upcoming AMD co-hosted technical event and look forward to connecting students with AMD engineers and technologies.

Applications are open for the IEEE-HKN Madni Family Scholarship, which awards $1,000 to HKN students who demonstrate strong academic achievement, service to their communities, and commitment to HKN. Each year, up to three undergraduate and two graduate students are selected. If youβve been active in HKN and engaged in service, consider applying! Note: this scholarship is limited to U.S. citizens.
Spring Picnic

The Spring Picnic is one of our favorite events each year, bringing together Georgia Tech ECE and CS students for an afternoon of food, games, and time to relax with friends. Held at TI Plaza next to Tech Green, itβs a chance for the community to take a break from classes before the semester wraps up.
